Flannels & Flapjacks

Ladies, gather your gal pals & guys, get your lumberjack dudes together! One of the best things about Christmas break is hometown friend reunions. Last night a couple of my best friends and I ate breakfast for dinner, swapped stories, and laughed until our stomachs ached for three hours straight. We make a point at each school break to catch up on the latest happenings in our lives. Usually we do so over a drink at our favorite local coffee shop, but I thought it'd be fun to have them over for a festive gathering since it is the holiday season after all.A month or two ago, mom sent me a fabulous magazine called Mingle, dedicated to DIY celebrations. It's essentially Pinterest and a blog bound together in beautiful pages because it shares the cutest ideas alongside personal stories. The party that stood out to me was Holiday Flannels & Flapjacks. As soon as I saw it, I knew it would make the perfect reunion for me and my friends.
